Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of BAXY Group, Mr Amarjit Bakshi is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and a first-generation entrepreneur. Central Park is a part of Delhi-based large conglomerate Bakshi Group, which operates across Real Estate, Hospitality, Automotive, Infrastructure and Education sectors. Coming from humble beginnings to becoming a renowned industrialist in North India, his vision has propelled the group’s growth through strategic diversification across all business areas. Mr. Bakshi always believes in working for values as opposed to only monetary gains. He has been a recipient of numerous awards and honours over the past few years.

Mr. Amarjit Bakshi, a first-generation entrepreneur, and a well-known industrialist laid the foundation of the Bakshi Group (BAXY Group) in 1983. Fuelled by a passion for excellence, he founded the group to create meaningful opportunities in varying sectors like automotive, infrastructure, real estate and hospitality. Over the years, the group has grown in stature to become a global conglomerate by adhering to his strategic vision of delivering world-class benchmarks across industries and geographies.
A recipient of innumerable business honours including the Lifetime Achievement Award for “Outstanding Contribution to National Development” by his alma mater IIT Delhi, he believes in working for values as opposed to only monetary gains. He has always believed that the path to success is paved collectively by happy customers, satisfied employees and secured partners.
Going above and beyond his entrepreneurial obligations, he set up the Jagriti Sewa Trust with a vision to give back to society. The non-governmental organization (NGO) focuses on empowerment programmes and provides free-of-cost schooling and food to underprivileged children.

Shiv Bakshi, a second-generation entrepreneur, is the director of BAXY Pvt Ltd (Continental Engines Private Limited) part of a conglomerate with an unmissable presence in the automotive, infrastructure, real estate and hospitality industries. Having completed his Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, he joined the business family in 2013. He took charge of managing a legacy of blending the old with the new by initiating a transformational journey to make BAXY one of the leading business houses in the country. With business interests in the Automotive, Infrastructure, Education, Real Estate and Hospitality sectors, he has been instrumental in guiding the company’s vision, overseeing the diversification of the group strategy and managing the operations of each of its businesses. He has seen and helped the conglomerate and its projects grow. He invests time in imparting knowledge and helping individuals become better leaders. His goal for BAXY is holistic growth - operational, financial, global and personal. As part of it, he plans and strives for new endeavours, surpassing the expectations of clients and stakeholders.

BAXY automobiles are manufactured at our ultra-modern facility in Roorkee spanning 8.5 acres. The facility houses a cutting-edge assembly line manned by skilled personnel. Its manufacturing capacity is enormous as it produces 24,000+ three-wheelers per year.
It consists of the production unit along with a dedicated quality check area where we test our products to ensure the highest standards. Every vehicle that leaves the plant promises high fuel-efficiency and low maintenance, that’s the BAXY assurance.
Besides our manufacturing unit, we also have a modern R&D centre in Gurugram, Haryana. Our team of automotive experts here constantly strives to harness new-age technology to deliver improved solutions to our customers.
